"Light" orders

FREE DELIVERY on "light" orders over £199 to mainland England, Wales, and Scotland (with postcodes not listed under "UK Highlands, Islands & Ireland" below). Orders below £199 to these regions are charged at £8.

FREE DELIVERY on "light" orders over £299 to UK Highlands, Islands and Ireland (with postcodes listed under "UK Highlands, Islands & Ireland" below). Orders below £299 to these regions are charged at £15.

Light order delivery rates are valid on all orders that do not include any "bulk" items.  "Bulk" items are indicated in the product description and also by the placement of the "bulk" icon on the image.  If the "Light" delivery option does not show in your basket then you have one or more "bulk" items in your basket.

"Bulk" orders

Bulk orders are charged based on weight, and are only available to mainland England, Wales and Scotland (with postcodes not listed under "UK Highlands, Islands and Ireland").  

Up to 800kg per pallet, at £40 per pallet. 

UK Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Ireland

Delivery for the following postcode zones only: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT (Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland.  

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery Methods

Items will be dispatched using a courier or the pallet network, depending on the weight and value of the items and the options selected at checkout.  We may also opt to change your delivery method (e.g. from courier to pallet) at our sole discretion, or opt to deliver your order via our local delivery service.

If all items are in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days, often sooner.  If we are awaiting delivery or any item your order may be slightly delayed.  Where possible we will contact you to let you know.  In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order when expected please telephone or email with your unique order reference.

Local Delivery

We operate a local delivery service within certain areas - including all or parts of Boldon, South Shields, North Shields, Gateshead, Newcastle, Houghton le Spring, Hetton le Hole, Washington, Chester le Street, Durham.  All orders for local delivery must be placed by telephone, otherwise our normal delivery charges will apply.
